About Steve
Dr. Raimo has over 50 years of leadership and management experience in the U.S. and overseas, working with multinational corporations, small businesses, government, and non-profit organizations. He is an ordained minister who has served in both vocational and non-vocational ministry roles since his twenties.
With an undergraduate degree in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctorate in strategic leadership, Dr. Raimo brings a distinctly unique perspective and expertise to the subject of church governance, organizational structure and design, and leadership.
He currently serves as an adjunct associate professor of leadership at Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Raimo is a dedicated servant of Jesus Christ and is committed to his wife, children, and grandchildren.
I believe that accountability is a key element in keeping ourselves living at high levels of ethics and morality. We so often can justify what we are doing through human reasoning and neglect doing the “best” thing.
