The effective application of the principles will no doubt be hampered by the “traditionalists” who will see it as an attack on their positions. The anticipated reaction is that some leaders will feel threatened, become territorial, and start a war where there is no need for one, as they try to protect their “turf” from the invasion of modern principles and policies.”
