“It would be naïve to believe that effective leadership principles can be applied without some challenges. The effective application of the principles will no doubt be hampered by the “traditionalists” who will see it as an attack on their positions. The anticipated reaction is that some leaders will feel threatened, become territorial, and start a war where there is no need for one, as they try to protect their “turf” from the invasion of modern principles and policies.”

Dr. Raimo has over 50 years of leadership and management experience in the U.S. and overseas, working with multinational corporations, small businesses, government, and non-profit organizations. He is an ordained minister who has served in both vocational and non-vocational ministry roles since his twenties.
With an undergraduate degree in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctorate in strategic leadership, Dr. Raimo brings a distinctly unique perspective and expertise to the subject of church governance, organizational structure and design, and leadership.
He currently serves as an adjunct associate professor of leadership at Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Raimo is a dedicated servant of Jesus Christ and is committed to his wife, children, and grandchildren.
