Since the ‘introduction’ into our society of political correctness, the willingness of some to engage in honest open debate has diminished significantly. In fact, as I write, there are tech companies that are choosing to remove those who disagree with them from using the technology. For instance, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and others are publicly notifying us they are removing conservative dialogue from their platforms.
The following quotation by George R. R. Martin screams at us truth we cannot ignore:
“When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”

Dr. Raimo has over 50 years of leadership and management experience in the U.S. and overseas, working with multinational corporations, small businesses, government, and non-profit organizations. He is an ordained minister who has served in both vocational and non-vocational ministry roles since his twenties.
With an undergraduate degree in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctorate in strategic leadership, Dr. Raimo brings a distinctly unique perspective and expertise to the subject of church governance, organizational structure and design, and leadership.
He currently serves as an adjunct associate professor of leadership at Oral Roberts University.
